Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped by Royal Mail on a signed for service.  Parcels will have a tracking number and will require a signature on delivery.

Expected delivery times in line with NuShu shipping policy and as quoted by Royal Mail will be:

Royal Mail 1st Class - 2 - 4 days.

Royal Mail 2nd Class - 3 - 5 days.

If your parcel does not arrive within the above timescales, please contact us at info@nu-shu.co.uk and we will provide you with the tracking number.
